Hey there, I'm Gilbert.

I started in 2010 with a truck, a phone, and a willingness to outwork everybody else. Small jobs at first — fixing decks, patching drywall, doing the stuff nobody else wanted to show up for. I built Bancalari Construction one project at a time, and that's still how I run it today.

Word got around. One neighbor called me for a kitchen. That turned into a basement across the street, then a whole-house renovation two blocks over. More than fifteen years later, my crew has grown but my standards haven't.

I run every job myself. No middlemen, no runaround. And if something isn't right, I fix it. That's not a policy — that's just how I work.
