Right next door. We've done dozens of projects in Springville and we're there all the time.

Just south of us. Lots of newer builds that need finishing work and older homes that need updating.

Close enough that we can be there in 10 minutes. Growing fast with plenty of renovation opportunities.
Mapleton
Beautiful area on the east bench. We've worked on several custom projects and additions up here.
Elk Ridge
Smaller community but we've built a good reputation here through word of mouth.

Lots of older homes that need real renovation work. We love these projects.
Orem
Big city, big demand. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements. We stay busy in Orem.

Quick drive up the freeway. We handle everything from small repairs to full remodels here.

Mix of old and new construction. Great community that values quality work.

A little further north but absolutely worth the drive. Lots of homeowners investing in their properties.
Lehi
One of the fastest growing cities in Utah. New builds need finishing, older homes need updating.

Larger homes with bigger projects. Additions, custom work, and high-end renovations.

South end of the valley. Growing town with homeowners who need reliable contractors.
